The Choralies

In the mornings, participants take part in workshops to form ephemeral choirs, under the direction of internationally renowned choral conductors. Lasting from 1 to 8 days, these workshops represent the largest choral training space in France. Open to all levels, from beginner to experienced chorister, they cover a wide range of musical styles, all in a dynamic, collaborative atmosphere.

In the afternoons, various concert venues across the city welcome numerous choirs from France and around the world, creating an exceptional choral scene. Conferences and meetings are also on offer, offering choir members the opportunity to exchange views on themes of concern to them. (program to come).

In the evening, everyone gathers in the heart of the majestic Théâtre Antique to enjoy the concerts… Vaison-la-Romaine’s Théâtre Antique, a veritable jewel in the crown of the local heritage, becomes a grandiose stage where the spellbinding voices of the choristers resonate, in a historic setting that magnifies every note. This fusion of music and heritage is what makes the festival so unique, further enhancing the emotion felt by the audience.
