Magali is an IFY-trained yoga teacher (500h), curious and inspired by nature, she has also trained in ayurveda, EFT and emotional intelligence.
She teaches Viniyoga. This style of yoga is open to all, whatever your physical condition, flexibility or age.
Yoga is an inner path, a bridge between movement and stillness. A path where we can take the time to explore our feelings, where we can, in all simplicity, savour the gentleness of the moment.

MUNZ FLOOR is based on slow floor movements carefully structured to encourage deep muscle strengthening, reduce chronic pain and stimulate the nervous system in a positive way. These exercises will help you rediscover your body's natural mobility, while creating a sense of relaxation and vitality, and plunging you into the fascinating world of your fascia.
