Botanical walks, gathering, naturopathy, herbalism and wild cooking workshops around the fire, all in an exceptional setting between cliffs, forests and ponds.
A season of abundance, autumn abounds with new shoots, seeds, fruits and roots, precious resources for health and independence. Alongside Aurélie Fleschen, a certified naturopath trained in field botany and herbalism, you'll learn how to identify, gather and transform these autumn treasures into remedies, natural cosmetics and wild recipes.
This holiday is for those who want to acquire knowledge that can be applied directly to their daily lives, to nourish themselves and take care of their health and well-being naturally, thanks to wild plants.
