As a new winegrower, I was able to acquire 1.5 hectares of AOP Rasteau vines in 2022. To follow my convictions, I decided to convert the estate to organic and biodynamic farming.
We work the vines and harvest the grapes by hand.
My first cuvée was released last year. It's a subtle blend of Grenache Noir and Mourvèdre with notes of red fruit and cocoa. It's fresh on the palate.
