For the Fête de la Science, young and old are invited to explore, learn and have fun, thanks to a varied program of interactive workshops, guided tours, events, lectures and shows.
The Naturoptère and the Harmas J.H. Fabre jointly open their doors and gardens for a day of fun and discovery.
Throughout the day, visitors will have the chance to meet the organizers and scientists, get hands-on experience, observe nature at close quarters and even take part in original experiments.
Everything is designed to make science accessible to all, in a festive family atmosphere:
- Fun experiments for children and families,
- Meetings and conferences to satisfy the most curious,
- Shows and events to combine science and culture,
- Practical workshops to get hands-on and come away with new ideas to try out at home.
A catering area (foodtrucks, drinks, crêpes) will be available on site to make the most of the day.
The event is free and open to all.
Come with your family, friends or on your own, and let yourself be surprised by the thousand and one ways in which science is hidden in our everyday lives and in the natural world around you.
