A team At your service

The Tourist Office is committed For a holiday of quality and comfort

Vaison Ventoux Provence Tourist Office is committed to ensuring you have an exceptional stay in our beautiful region. To this end, we have been awarded Category 2 status and the ‘Accueil Vélo’ label – two accolades that attest to our commitment to the quality and comfort of our visitors.

The first Tourist Office in Vaucluse to be awarded the “Destination d’Excellence” label

The ‘Qualité Tourisme’ label has recently been replaced by the ‘Destination d’Excellence’ scheme, and our Tourist Office is fully committed to this initiative. This new label meets a range of standards to ensure the quality of our services, guarantee the sound and ethical operation of our organisation, and support our eco-responsible commitments. Vaison Ventoux Provence ’s Inter-municipal Tourist Office was awarded the ‘Destination d’Excellence’ label on 27 August 2025 for a period of five years.

Category 1 tourist office: a mark of quality

Category 1 classification is official recognition of the quality of our services and our commitment to the development of tourism in our region. It enables us to offer you:

  • A warm and personalised welcome
  • Opening times and hours tailored to visitor numbers
  • Comprehensive and accurate information about the region for all visitors
  • Expert advice to help you plan your stay
  • Relevant, comprehensive and up-to-date information materials
  • A shop selling local produce and souvenirs
  • A customer-focused approach committed to continuous improvement

Accueil Vélo label: a personalised welcome for cyclists

The Accueil Vélo label is a national scheme that guarantees cyclists a high-quality welcome. We have been awarded this label by meeting stringent criteria, such as:

  • Our tourist information centre being located within 5 km of a cycle route
  • The provision of facilities suitable for cyclists (a Bosch charging point for electric bikes)
  • A personalised welcome and expert advice for cyclists
  • Practical information on the region’s cycle routes

We do everything we can to ensure your stay in the Vaison Ventoux Provence s is unforgettable. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for further information. In addition to these two accreditations, we are also committed to other initiatives to enhance the quality of your stay, such as:
