The first Tourist Office in Vaucluse to be awarded the “Destination d’Excellence” label
The ‘Qualité Tourisme’ label has recently been replaced by the ‘Destination d’Excellence’ scheme, and our Tourist Office is fully committed to this initiative. This new label meets a range of standards to ensure the quality of our services, guarantee the sound and ethical operation of our organisation, and support our eco-responsible commitments. Vaison Ventoux Provence ’s Inter-municipal Tourist Office was awarded the ‘Destination d’Excellence’ label on 27 August 2025 for a period of five years.

Accueil Vélo label: a personalised welcome for cyclists
The Accueil Vélo label is a national scheme that guarantees cyclists a high-quality welcome. We have been awarded this label by meeting stringent criteria, such as:
- Our tourist information centre being located within 5 km of a cycle route
- The provision of facilities suitable for cyclists (a Bosch charging point for electric bikes)
- A personalised welcome and expert advice for cyclists
- Practical information on the region’s cycle routes

On 3 April 2025, the Operating Board of the ‘ Vaison Ventoux Provence ’ Inter-municipal Tourist Board approved the CSR commitments and indicators aimed at promoting sustainable tourism in Vaison Ventoux Provence.

- Optimising our energy consumption.
- Promoting soft mobility solutions.
- Supporting cycling and walking initiatives.

- Strengthening our partnerships with the Mont Ventoux and Baronnies Provençales Regional Nature Parks, as well as with Vaucluse Provence Attractivité.

- Compliance with the ‘Tourisme et Handicap’ label and promotion of accessibility for people with disabilities.
