A team At your service

The Tourist Office is committed For a holiday of quality and comfort

The Vaison Ventoux Provence Tourist Office is committed to offering you an exceptional stay in our beautiful region. To achieve this, we have been awarded the “Accueil Vélo” label and category 2 classification, two distinctions that testify to our commitment to the quality and comfort of our visitors.

First Tourist Office in the Vaucluse to be awarded the “Destination d’Excellence” label

The Qualité Tourisme label was recently replaced by the Destination d’Excellence approach, and our Tourist Office is fully committed to this approach. This new label meets several levels of requirements to ensure the quality of our services, guarantee the sound and virtuous operation of our structure, and support our eco-responsible commitments. The Vaison Ventoux Provence Intercommunal Tourist Office was awarded the Destination d’Excellence label on 27 August 2025 for a period of 5 years.

A category 2 tourist office: a guarantee of quality

Category 2 classification is official recognition of the quality of our services and our involvement in the development of tourism in our region. It enables us to offer you

  • A warm, personalised welcome
  • Full, accurate information about the region
  • Sound advice on organising your stay
  • A shop selling local products and souvenirs

The Accueil Vélo label: a personalised welcome for cyclists

The Accueil Vélo label is a national mark guaranteeing cyclists a high-quality welcome. We have obtained this label by meeting demanding criteria, such as :

  • Locating our tourist office less than 5 km from a cycle route
  • The provision of equipment adapted to cyclists (Bosch recharging point for electrically assisted bicycles)
  • A personalised welcome and expert advice for cyclists
  • Practical information on cycling routes in the region

Our commitment to your satisfaction

We do everything we can to make your stay in Vaison Ventoux Provence unforgettable. Don’t hesitate to contact us for more information. In addition to these two labels, we are also committed to other measures to improve the quality of your stay, such as :

  • The introduction of clear and legible signage
  • Developing our accommodation and restaurant offer
  • Supporting activities and events throughout the year.

We are convinced that all these actions will help to make Vaison Ventoux Provence an ideal destination for your next holiday.
