Practical information for spectators

Together, let’s turn this event into a sporting celebration that respects the remarkable nature of our Giant of Provence!

For visitors wishing to attend this stage, here are a few tips:

How to find us :

The roads leading to Mont Ventoux will probably be closed to motor traffic several hours before the runners pass. It is advisable to consider alternative means of transport, such as cycling or walking. Please note that the areas around Chalet Reynard and the summit of Mont Ventoux are very busy.

Preparation:

Mont Ventoux is known for its changeable, sometimes surprising weather conditions. Even in summer, temperatures at the summit can be cool, and the wind can blow quite hard. We therefore advise you to bring appropriate clothing, a cap or hat, sunglasses, water and small provisions.

Environment :

An emblematic and fragile natural site in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional, Mont Ventoux and all its stages must be preserved. To preserve the unique biodiversity of the Géant de Provence, it is essential that spectators behave responsibly, respecting the areas and leaving the site clean.
