The Hôtel Crillon le Brave and the Chêne Bleu team invite you to the heart of La Verrière for a lunch featuring local sustainability & seasonality, with Thomas Lesage, Chef of the Hôtel Crillon le Brave, Guillaume Delauné, Chef of La Verrière.
The two chefs have joined forces around common values and a shared commitment to the Écotable label. Together, they have created a generous, seasonal 4-hand menu, celebrating the produce of the Ventoux and the gourmet richness of Provençal autumn, in harmony with Chêne Bleu wines. A moment of sharing where responsible gastronomy and artisanal know-how from the Ventoux meet, inviting us to rethink the way we consume, with simplicity, taste and conscience.
