Le Bistrot de Buisson enjoys a magical, timeless setting, and our cuisine at the Brasero on the village square in the shade of century-old plane trees.
Chairs, tables and armchairs, found here and there, create a Pagnolesque atmosphere where the song of the cicadas and the sound of spring water flowing from the fountain blend together; all set against the ramparts and the belfry of this magnificent little Provencal bistro, where the sweetness of life and pleasure mingle. Friendly, attentive restaurant service, local wines, local craft beers, homemade aperitif platters, and cooking at the BRASERO on Buisson's village square from April 1 to November 1. Here, generous and tasty plates, made with quality products, accompanied by biodynamic wines from small local winemakers, not to mention the friendly Bistrot team, always keen to offer quality service to customers, all in an atmosphere of conviviality and sharing. Enjoy a glass of ice cream in the afternoon, and finish the day with an aperitif to the sound of swallows and swifts dancing in the setting sun. The evening can begin at the foot of the medieval ramparts in the soft light of our beloved Provence.
