We welcome you for self-guided tours of the institute and the factory store, or by reservation for explanatory tours of the truffle and our workshops (€5 per person for up to 6 adults, free for children under 18 and students).
From May to October, you can visit our production facilities by booking 48 hours in advance. On site, we'll provide you with a disposable gown, mask and cap to comply with food industry hygiene standards. 5€/person,
