Chêne Bleu wines are produced at La Verrière, a medieval winery and bed & breakfast nestled behind the village of Le Crestet, high above the Dentelles de Montmirail. The estate offers a wide range of wine tourism services.

The estate creates wines of exceptional quality that are natural, refined and complex. It is committed to preserving its unique environment by cultivating its vines organically.

Located in an exceptional setting, in the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail and facing Mont Ventoux, Chêne Bleu offers you a privileged moment of sharing and discovery.

GOURMET MOMENTS
From April to October, take advantage of our exceptional setting to treat yourself to wine and food pairings. At Chêne bleu, wine is an experience. Lovers of art, wine and gastronomy will enjoy a timeless moment in the heart of unspoilt nature. (please reserve 24 hours in advance).

. LA TABLE DU POTAGER
Offered at lunchtime, this three-course meal is prepared by the chef using produce from the estate's kitchen garden and other regional produce. The Chêne Bleu wines are the perfect accompaniment to the meal.

Inspired by the traditional Japanese Bento box, this original and refined platter is composed of seasonal local produce, a genuine fresh Provencal meal. (1 glass of Chêne Bleu wine included)

PICNIC IN THE VINEYARDS
Made with fresh, local produce, this picnic basket showcases Mediterranean know-how and offers local, seasonal products. To be enjoyed on the estate.

APERO BLEU
From May 21 to September 10, 2025, come and enjoy our terrace every Wednesday, in a magnificent setting, while savoring our board to share accompanied by our wines, from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.
