A family estate where love of the land and passion for the vine have been passed down for 4 generations. The vineyard, made up of vines some of which are over a hundred years old, extends over Sablet (8 ha) and Gigondas (8 ha).

Elie Charols has developed the idea that taking care of the vines and the environment is the key to producing a quality wine.
The estate works with Organic Agriculture and High Environmental Value.
The wines are elaborated and vinified in concrete vats, then matured on fine lees. The domaine offers red Côtes du Rhône, red and white Côtes du Rhône Villages Sablet, red Gigondas and Rosé cuvée Jacques VDF. Wine tasting is free of charge. The estate also produces a fruity, sweet extra virgin...
