Domaine Saint Apollinaire is a family-run business with 12 hectares of vines, olive and cherry trees. Located at the foot of Puyméras and facing Mont Ventoux, the vines have been grown biodynamically since 1967, with Ecocert and Demeter certification.
Domaine Saint Apollinaire's vocation has always been the cultivation of vines and the production of quality wines. The mild, balanced climate enables us to produce fine wines in the Côtes du Rhône Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée.
Dynamic and organic viticulture (Biodynamic viticulture) has favored the quality and typicity of our wines.
Domaine Saint Apollinaire produces its different cuvées from the region's traditional grape varieties (Grenache, Cinsault and Clairette), complemented by Syrah and Viognier, which bring their own distinctive personalities. All production has been biodynamically farmed since 1967, with Ecocert and Demeter certification. The grapes are hand-picked and sorted, and the wines are produced without the addition of synthetic chemicals, with respect for the earth and mankind.

A garage sale in the heart of the estate. Followed by a picnic. In other words, everyone brings something to eat and share. Throughout the day, tastings and sales of Domaine wines.

Wine bar evenings every Monday in July and August, starting at 6:30pm, with catering provided by a local food-truck.
