Energy flows through us at all times. This energy has many qualities and manifests itself through our body, our emotions, our health, ....
Kristel offers 7 workshops (corresponding to each of the 7 chakras), on Saturday mornings from 9am to 12pm, with Pilates exercises, relaxation with singing bowls and gong, breathing practices, free dance and chakra dance, a tantric energetic approach around the chakras... to develop JOY!
At each workshop, a specific chakra will receive special attention, to discover its different energetic potentials.

These workshops are for anyone who wants to :
- take care of themselves ;
- develop inner listening skills
- learn simple tools to move autonomously towards states of joy and well-being;
- enjoy a unique sound experience (with gong and bowls),
- offer yourself a moment of presence and the opportunity to turn your gaze inward
Please bring a comfortable floor mat and soft clothing, as well as a zafu or cushion to sit on comfortably! Remember to bring a scarf or blanket.
