"My passion for the olive tree led me to take a training course in olive growing at the Lycée des Alpilles in St-Rémi de Provence, after which I obtained an olive grower's diploma (olive oil production, tasting, pruning, orchard maintenance and marketing).
Already owning a few olive trees, I planted new ones in 2016, and I also lease some hundred-year-old olive trees in my village. This enables me to produce my own VIERGE EXTRA olive oil at the Moulin de Segur in Séguret.
I offer 3 special cuvées:
- Cuvée de Noël, an early oil made from Tanche and Aglandau.
- Cuvée Saint-Joseph, sweeter, with aromas of fresh almonds and hints of avocado on the finish.
- Cuvée Saint-Louis, a delicious blend of fresh almonds and cut grass. Available in 2-liter, 3-liter and 5-liter sizes."
