Our charming villa, fully renovated and air-conditioned, is located in a small, quiet village (1.5 km from Vaison La Romaine). It offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people, including
- a modern open-plan kitchen (American fridge - dishwasher - microwave and traditional ovens) and bar;
- a vast, bright living room with a large family table for cooler evenings, as well as a corner sofa, fireplace and TV;
- a guest toilet;
- a storeroom with washing machine and all the necessities for maintenance.

- first floor :
- 2 double bedrooms,
- upstairs:
- 1 double bedroom with private terrace/tropézienne,
- 1 family room (sleeps 4) with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds,

To enhance your comfort, all windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
Outside, the property is fully fenced and has its own private parking area, a pétanque court under the olive trees and a swimming pool (4m x 8m) with shower and deckchairs. Two terraces, one of which is covered, let you live outside or relax in the outdoor lounge.
Thanks to the villa's ideal, peaceful location in the heart of a sunny region that invites you to explore, you'll be within easy reach of many walks, bike rides (25 km from Mont Ventoux), visits to museums and historic sites (Vaison - 30 km from Orange - 55 km from Avignon, ...) and the many Provencal markets (Vaison - Nyons - Buis les Baronnies - ...).
