The workshop proposes to identify the main recurring emotions and the type of situation that triggers them, followed by the learning and application of several concrete energy tools:
- for emotional centering and alignment
- to disconnect from excessive emotions and negativity
- a simple daily energy hygiene routine
The aim is to be able to deal autonomously with the discomforts associated with this high sensitivity, so as to regain detachment, serenity, inner calm and greater self-confidence.
Each participant leaves with a personal toolbox, enabling them to manage their high sensitivity autonomously, gently and respectfully.
