ON THE PROGRAM :
A season of abundance, autumn abounds with new shoots, seeds and of course mushrooms, precious resources for health and independence. Alongside Aurélie Fleschen, a certified naturopath trained in field botany and herbalism, you'll learn how to identify, gather and transform these autumn treasures into wild remedies and recipes.
On the program: botanical walks, plant and mushroom picking, herbalism workshops and wild cooking around the fire, all in an exceptional setting between cliffs, forests and ponds.
This holiday is for those who want to discover wild edible and medicinal plants and mushrooms, reconnect with our ancestral knowledge and experience self-sufficiency in the wild.
Come and recharge your batteries in the forest and learn how to recognize, pick and cook the plants and mushrooms of this beautiful season!
