It's with a creator of taste that you must stop for a moment. Gilles Peyrerol, artisan pastry chef, chocolatier and ice-cream maker, is a creative artist who is constantly inventing new combinations of flavors.

Accompanied by his wife Ascension, the patisserie was launched on May 1, 1998.

A welcoming and dynamic team surrounds them to share their world and their passion for good taste!
