L'Oasis Wacohe: a bubble of nature in the Baronnies.
For 2 hours 30 minutes, come and enjoy a beautiful place in an unspoilt setting. Welcome to the Oasis Wacohe, a magical place nestled at 570 m altitude in the mountains of the Baronnies provençales. A perfect place to let go, refocus and reconnect with the beauty of life during your workshop!
PROGRAM :
. 4:30 pm: Quick introductory circle and presentation of workshop objectives and seasonal plants.
. 4:45pm: Explore the surrounding area to learn how to identify and harvest wild edible and medicinal plants. Aurélie will give you the keys to recognizing plants, their medicinal properties, their uses and how to incorporate them into your daily routine.
. 5:45pm: Return to the Oasis for a workshop on transforming plants using the traditional skills of the family herbalist. Preparation of a natural remedy (spirit, oily macerate, medicinal vinegar, etc.) customized to your needs. Materials supplied.
. 6:45pm: Time for sharing what you've learned, practical advice on how to use the remedy and answers to any questions you may have. You'll leave with your own preparation and a wealth of new knowledge to help you achieve greater autonomy in your health.
