From Monday to Saturday, Jumpy Forme offers a weight-training area, as well as a wide choice of group classes: Thighs, Abs, Buttocks, Pilates, Biking, Body-Sculpt, Fit-Stick, ZUMBA as well as Step and LIA 100% Freestyle.
