Nougatiers, almond growers, beekeepers at the foot of Mont Ventoux. For over 40 years, the SILVAIN family has been developing its confectionery products, which sublimate fruit, almonds and honey.
The SILVAIN family opens the doors of its nougaterie, which has been awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label, where the team makes nougats, calissons, cookies and cakes that sublimate almonds, honey and the best of the Provencal terroir.
