Les Dÿades, in partnership with the Lou Canesteou fine cheese dairy in Vaison-la-Romaine, offer you a few pairings:
- MINERVE:a thirst-quenching, gourmet, highly malty and floral blond ale paired with a summer Comté cheese to offer toasty notes and a very floral finish.
- NYMPHE:a white beer made with IGP Haute Provence spelt, to be accompanied byapicodoncheese for a long finish with milky, ‘fresh milk’-type notes and subtle aromas of white stone fruit.
- AQUILON:Indi Pale Ale is a highly aromatic beer with citrus and passion fruit aromas, and a marked bitterness that goes well with two types of cheese. With a Tome des Bauges, notes of salted butter caramel are revealed, and with a Banon, more subtle notes arrive with a taste of hazelnut and the freshness of honeysuckle.
