In the shade of the plane trees, in the center of the famous Templar village of Villedieu, Laurent and his wife Rachel welcome you from May to October. Enjoy sun-drenched cuisine concocted with 100% locavore produce. Our producers practice organic or sustainable agriculture; all located within a 20 km radius of the restaurant, they share the same respect for their land and their animals. We showcase every part of our animals, bought whole. Our cuisine is directly inspired by nature, which we strive to protect on a daily basis. From nature to the plate, working with the best local artisans, all of this enables us to serve our customers the fairest and most responsible expression of our terroir. Most of the wines on our wine list are made according to biodynamic principles. Our bistro is a meeting place for locals and tourists alike.
