Peggy, a passionate oenologist, and Anthony, an agricultural engineer, joined forces in Cairanne, a wine-growing village, to create beers in their own image. ‘Organic gourmet beers’, unfiltered and refermented in the bottle.
And the gamble paid off, with a fine, delicate range of white, lager, amber and hopped beers, plus beers co-fermented with local grape musts (Rolle and Muscat Petit Grain).
