At the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, our 27-hectare organic vineyard produces authentic wines: the Côtes du Rhône Villages Sablet and Séguret, as well as the Rasteau and Vacqueyras vintages. Come discover them!

Every decision made at the estate is carefully considered and guided by observation. Thanks to this meticulous work, the wines reflect the character of their respective vineyards: delicate and silky in Sablet, subtle and fruity in Séguret, full-bodied and velvety in Rasteau, and powerful and elegant in Vacqueyras. The estate was taken over in 2010 by Vasco Perdigao, supported by his wife Sonia, a former nurse who retrained as a winemaker. Vasco honed his craft and gained experience with passion for several years in the renowned vineyards of the northern Côtes-du-Rhône. However, it was in the southern Rhône Valley—a region he is particularly fond of—that he decided to settle as a winemaker. 2024 marks a turning point for the estate: - Expansion and modernization of the winery to improve working conditions and optimize the quality of our wines during production, aging, and storage - New bottle labeling to stand out with a fresh identity - New estate name: Domaine Chamfort is being phased out to make way for Domaine LA PERDRIERE!!! This new name echoes the family name “Perdigao”: meaning “partridge” in Provençal and Portuguese. La Perdrière is thus the place where they find shelter. This new name now refers to “OUR PLACE”—a renovated space known as “the Perdigao residence”! “For several years now, the idea of adopting the estate’s name has been on our minds… for nearly 15 years we’ve worked to improve the quality of our wines, and now we’re writing our own story!”
