Come discover the estate and its wines in the evening, in a friendly atmosphere, with a view of Mont Ventoux. You can extend your evening with the food truck "Le Meilleur pour la Faim" (reservations recommended).

Treat yourself to these moments of togetherness! Domaine St Apollinaire invites you to discover its wines in an idyllic setting. Every Monday evening in July and August, starting at 6:30 p.m., enjoy a free guided wine tasting and the opportunity to purchase the estate’s wines. Food available on site. Come stroll in the shade of the linden trees, facing Mont Ventoux, in a casual, open-air café atmosphere. The winemaker will explain the secrets behind her wines—produced using biodynamic methods since 1967—and share the history of this family-run estate. Le Meilleur pour la Faim (food truck) will serve a meal prepared with local ingredients—a gourmet feast bursting with flavor… Reservations recommended.
