Laeticia Ricard : Painter
The Soul of Wood in Light
A child of the Baronnies region, Laetitia Ricard has been carving color into wood for fifteen years. Her brushes play with opacity and transparency, bringing out a vibrant, almost living presence in the natural grain.
Inspired by the roots of tribal art and the murmur of nature, this year she offers us a stopover between mysticism and terroir. Come and discover her new creations: majestic Tikis and Totems, which stand side by side with wild fauna, delicate flora and woodland mushrooms, where acrylic becomes matter and wood becomes sentinel.
Sophie Laure Vincent : Sculptor
The soul in the hollow of clay
Born in Geneva and trained at the Beaux-Arts, Sophie Laure Vincent dialogues with matter. Although painting has long guided her work, it is in modeling that she now finds her deepest inspiration.
The miracle emerges from raw clay: a movement is sketched out, a silhouette awakens. Under her fingers, clay is no longer a simple material, but a promise of life. She brings to life faces and bodies that seem to be already there, lurking in the shadows of the ground, simply waiting for her touch to embody them.
Each sculpture is an encounter, a tactile emotion where the inert becomes breath.
