Meeting with author Marion Richez

Marion Richez, born in northern France in 1983, is a graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure and holds a doctorate in philosophy. Her research focuses on body awareness. Last November, she published a philosophical work, Le corps conscient. La médecine de Viktor von Weizsäcker, published by Jérôme Millon. She began writing literature in 2009. At the start of the 2014 literary season, her first novel, L'Odeur du Minotaure, was published by Sabine Wespieser, followed by Chicago in February 2020. Her third novel, Petit Pas, was published in January 2026 by La Peuplade. Her language blends the corporeal and the political, the sensory and the invisible, and explores how we are shaped by the territories, external and internal, that we inhabit, and how we are transformed by decisive encounters.
