This summer, treat yourself to a wellness break with restorative, gentle or energising yoga sessions to move, breathe and regain balance. An invitation to take care of yourself throughout the summer, organised by Nadège Bressy.
Mondays: Hatha Yoga
Sessions at 9am and 6pm
In the morning, to gently wake up the body and establish mindful breathing.
In the late afternoon, in nature, for a more grounding and restorative practice.
Wednesdays: Munz Floor
Session at 9am
A fluid practice to release tension, mobilise the spine, and improve mobility and flexibility.
Thursdays: Gentle / Restorative Yoga
Session at 9am
A deep pause to calm the nervous system and recover gently.
