UNIQUE EXPERTISE A Word from Valérie FABRE
Valérie FABRE, Sophrologist and winemaker, passionate about the world of wine and its art of living.
“A winemaker by passion, a sophrologist by vocation, I have long observed how wine brings people together, moves them, and tells stories. But I’ve also noticed that we sometimes forget the most important thing: feeling. Inspired by this realization, I created a unique experience that combines the awakening of the five senses with mindful wine tasting. Here, we don’t come to analyze the wine; we come to feel it.. Wine becomes an inner language. It is a moment suspended in time, an encounter between nature, the vineyard, and oneself.”
After extensive and varied professional experience as an employee, a self-employed professional, and a local elected official, I wanted to bring my skills together around a unique experience—a subtle alchemy of terroir, inner reflection, calm, rest, serenity, tasting, nature, and vineyards…
