How about some new wine and aligot? An unforgettable, friendly, and festive evening... Come discover the first wines from the 2026 harvest, share a delicious aligot, and enjoy a performance by the band “Funky De Luxe.” Registration required by November 15.

On the menu: - Auvergne-style platter (pork, crispy Cantal cheese, and greens) - Aligot with sausage (served by our friends from Auvergne, La Confrérie de la Truffade de Tauves (63)) - Blueberry & speculoos panna cotta - Coffee - All-you-can-drink wine Live music concert: Funk Groove Soul with the band “Funky Deluxe.” Meals are available by reservation only through November 15.
