Exceptional appellations

Renowned the world over for their exceptional terroir, the different appellations have some wonderful surprises in store for you! An essential element of conviviality, wine takes us on a journey through its history, its terroir, its aromas… And conveys the art and dynamism of the winemaker behind its creation.

The diversity of the terroir reflects the specific characteristics of each appellation, but with a common philosophy: that wine is a sign of sharing and leaves you with sweet memories…

A winemaking tradition Some of the most emblematic

Born centuries ago, our winegrowers are passionate about perpetuating this winemaking tradition. They cultivate emblematic grape varieties to produce wines of unique quality, both elegant and expressive. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre are the main grape varieties for the reds, and the main grape varieties for the whites are Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Clairette and Bourboulenc.

The varied soils, made up of pebbles, clay, limestone and sand, also give the wines their complexity and diversity. Winemaking techniques combine ancestral know-how and innovation, and vary from one winery to the next. Our winemakers will be delighted to explain them to you when you meet them!

An asset for Vaison Ventoux Provence A sector for fine appellations!

Two appellations d’origines contrôlées are produced in the Vaison Ventoux Provence area: mainly AOC Côtes du Rhône, but also AOC Ventoux!

Here, the Côtes du Rhône are part of the southern Rhône Valley. The vineyards benefit from the Mediterranean climate and the mistral wind! This wind, typical of the region, is often the ally of winegrowers. As for theAOC Ventoux, you can find this appellation starting from Vaison-la-Romaine and heading towards the famous Mont Ventoux, nearEntrechaux and Crestet.

Vaison-la-Romaine is, so to speak, the crossroads between these two renowned appellations of which we are so proud!

 Exceptional appellations

In Vaison Ventoux Provence, you’ll find exceptional appellations such as Vin Doux Naturel de Rasteau, two Côtes du Rhône Crus: Cairanne and Rasteau, five Côtes du Rhône Villages with the name of the commune: Puyméras, Roaix, Sablet, Séguret and Vaison-la-Romaine, and finally the appellations Côtes du Rhône Villages, Côtes du Rhône, Ventoux, IGP, Vin de France or de Pays.
