Exceptional appellations

Renowned the world over for their exceptional terroir, the different appellations have some wonderful surprises in store for you! An essential element of conviviality, wine takes us on a journey through its history, its terroir, its aromas… And gives us a glimpse of the art and dynamism of the winemaker behind its creation.

The diversity of the terroir reflects the specific characteristics of each appellation, but with a common philosophy: that wine should be a sign of sharing and leave you with sweet memories…

A wine-growing tradition Some of the most emblematic

Born several centuries ago, the winegrowers carry on this winegrowing tradition with passion. They cultivate emblematic grape varieties to produce wines of unique quality, wines that are both elegant and expressive. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre are the main grape varieties for the reds, and the main grape varieties for the whites are Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Clairette and Bourboulenc.

The varied soils, made up of pebbles, clay, limestone and sand, also give the wines great complexity and diversity. Winemaking techniques combine traditional know-how with innovation, and vary from cellar to cellar. The winemakers will be delighted to explain them to you when you meet them!

Vignes Vaison

An asset for Vaison Ventoux Provence A sector for fine appellations!

Two AOC wines are produced in the Vaison Ventoux Provence area: the Côtes du Rhône AOC and the Ventoux AOC!

Here, the Côtes du Rhône are part of the southern Rhône Valley. The vineyards enjoy a Mediterranean climate and the benefits of the mistral! This wind, typical of the region, is often the ally of winegrowers. TheAOC Ventouxappellation can be found from Vaison-la-Romaine on the way to the famous Mont Ventoux, nearEntrechaux and Crestet.

Vaison-la-Romaine is, so to speak, the crossroads between these two famous appellations of which we are so proud!
