Concert by the Page Blanche Quartet (musicians from the Orchestre de Paris).
"An Evening in Vienna"
This program marks the first collaboration between the Page Blanche Quartet and violinist Iris Scialom. In the first half, you’ll hear Schubert’s wonderful and very famous quintet known as the “Double Cello Quintet,” composed in 1828 just before his death. Next, a brand-new and daring creation by the Page Blanche Quartet: a version
for string quintet of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 2! A concert not to be missed!
Page Blanche Quartet: Four young virtuoso musicians from the Orchestre de Paris who are as passionate as they are talented
-Joseph André, violin
-Flore-Anne Brosseau, viola
-Paul-Marie Kuzma, cello
-Ulysse Vigreux, double bass
Duration of the evening, including intermission: approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
After the concert, the audience is invited to join the musicians for a warm and friendly Q&A session.
This year, three different programs will be performed at various venues throughout our beautiful region: in Vaison-la-Romaine, Nyons, Valréas, Taulignan, Roussas, and Buisson, for a series of six concerts. Come see the Page Blanche Quartet and discover two distinguished guests: violinist Iris Scialom and pianist Nicola Theuil!
