Description
First exhibition of the "Chemin des Chapelles" in the Ventoux region, attended by the team from the association that created it.
Sunday, August 2, at 12:00 p.m., following Mass, in the magnificent cloister of Notre-Dame-de-Nazareth Cathedral in Vaison-la-Romaine.
The exhibition will then continue through September 28.
This is the first time that all seven routes of the Pilgrimage have been brought together.
Each has its own theme, centered on the major moments in the history of Christianity in Provence. These women and men who came before us—saints, humble and simple people just like us—built these chapels over the course of more than 1,500 years of history.
The exhibition invites you to meet these very real figures! They built these chapels and walked toward them. They prayed in the privacy of their faith and shared their lives, their anxieties, their hopes, and their gratitude.
Walking along the path to these chapels is like embarking on a little adventure, accompanied by cicadas and olive trees.
Best regards.
