Sablet celebrates wine, winegrowers and the pleasure of being together, even in January! Tastings, entertainment, music and good spirits are the order of the day for a day of sharing and tradition.
10:30am - 12pm: Tasting workshops for Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Sablet whites & guest appellation Bourgogne Sud
12pm - 2pm: On-site catering under a marquee on the square: oysters, truffle omelettes, sausages with marc, duck, Asian food.
2pm - 5:30pm: Rotating tastings in the open cellars, where winegrowers welcome you to present their wines, with musical entertainment in the streets (band, presentation of wooden Saint Vincent sculptures).
6pm-6.45pm: Induction of two new members by the "Compagnie des Costes du Rhône" winegrowers' brotherhood.
7pm-7.30pm: Bernard Sorbier's La Grande Fiction, a storyteller enchanting you with anecdotes told by the winegrowers.
8pm - 11pm: Catering and musical entertainment by Rock'n Rhône & DJ Super Mix
