The soul of the village (just like its wines) can’t leave you indifferent… Séguret is a peaceful and safe village, hence its name! The etymology of Séguret comes from the Provençal “Segur” meaning security.

Composition of the terroir

Three terroirs make up this magnificent vineyard:

a main terrace situated between 140 and 150m above sea level made up of clay-limestone marl
slopes surrounding the village, situated at around 250m above sea level
and on the final section which extends from 250 to 350m hillsides and terraces sometimes steep on stony soils.

As a result, the thrust of the Saint Amand Massif, at the foot of which the Séguret vineyard abuts, benefits from a fine variety of soils, giving great diversity to its wines, which come in three colours.

Every colour, every emotion!

The reds express themselves through their depth, fleshy tannins and an aromatic palette ranging from black fruits to sweet spices, often marked by a beautiful minerality.

The rosés charm with their fruity roundness and gourmandise, while the whites, still rare, stand out for their floral finesse, volume on the palate and fresh, saline finish.
