Composting: an eco-friendly habit 

Composting is another way to reduce waste. All the local authorities in the Vaison Ventoux Provence region provide communal composting sites. Private individuals, accommodation providers and others can also make use of these facilities and provide individual compost bins within their accommodation.

Fruit and vegetable scraps, coffee grounds, eggshells… this organic waste becomes a natural resource for the soil. In fact, bio-waste consists of biodegradable waste (vegetable peelings, food scraps, etc.) which should not be put in your kitchen bin.
